First purchase

If Orbit Pro isn't right for you, email laika@laikadynamics.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. The window is 30 days rather than 14 while sync is still being built.

Renewals

Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged again. If a yearly renewal went through by mistake, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it.

Consumer law

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country, including cooling-off rights in the UK and EU where they apply.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
